The Hildegard Lagrenne Foundation was founded in October 2012 by members of the minority in order to improve the educational participation of Roma and Sinti. Since September 2023, it has been running the psychosocial educational counselling centre ‘AMari Zor’ (our strength) with the support of the Lotto Foundation, which, in addition to providing counselling, runs the RomaDay knowledge campaign to disseminate its services and knowledge critical of racism in the classroom. Teacher training and counselling and the empowerment of members of the minority individually and in groups are linked to the project.
