I4S project kick-off – report
Due to the pandemic, the kick-off meeting was held online on the 11th of November. All consortium members attended the conference where the organizations presented their professional contribution and shared their visions regarding the Work Packages they are responsible for.
Our project kick-off was successfully closed yesterday. All partners of the consortium attended via Zoom. At 9:00 we started with Zsuzsanna Hanna Biró’s (Wesley, Project Coordinator) welcome note which was followed by a roundtable, each partner introducing themselves and their organizations.
Then the management procedure was outlined by Zsuzsanna Hanna Biró, with general objectives, project concept and theoretical background. The work packages, roles, leaders, deadlines were also presented.
All Work Package leaders were requested to prepare a presentation with an overview, steps undertaken so far, next steps, risks, risk-mitigation measures. Given this structure, all WPs were presented one by one by their leaders.
It was nice to spend the whole day together, even if online, to get to know each other more and start the actual cooperation.
