Second community building workshop in Abaújkér – report
On 17 November, 2022 we held the second community building workhsop at the Wesley János Primary School, Abaújkér (Hungary). The second community-building session aims to outline a positive vision for the school and the community, and to take forward the findings of the previous SWOT analysis. Once again, 20 people attended the workshop: teachers, parents, Roma minority self-government representatives, local government staff. The mixed groups were given the task to create a character who is a typical representative of the local community (e.g. parent, teacher) and to present him/her and his/her life in 2023. The participants then discussed how the factors identified in the SWOT analysis would affect the characters.
