The Social Inclusion of Learners “MANUAL”
The Social Inclusion of Learners (SoIL) project aims to introduce some of the best methods that can be used to minimise exclusion in schools, which affects about 13 million children in Europe. Through seminars, conferences, and round table discussions we aim to train up to 100 educators from seven countries with our selected and tested methods for inclusive teaching and learning.
The SoIL Project is a two year cooperation (12/2016 – 11/2018) of six partners. Three members of this team focus on effective individualised learning: atempo (Austria), Schools on the Move (Germany), and RIX Research & Media (England).
The Social Inclusion of Learners Manual document contains 4 mayor sections:
- Section 1: Multimedia Advocacy & Universal Design for Learning
- Section 2: Schools on the Move
- Section 3: Easy to Read
- Section 4: Digital Tools
