On 20 October, 2022, Inclusion4Schools held the first community building event at the Wesley János Primary School, Abaújkér (Hungary). 20 people attended the community building workshop: teachers, parents, Roma minority self-government representatives, local government staff. The first session was aimed at getting to know each other and building trust. The first session started with a warm-up game and introduction. The mixed groups, with the help of facilitators, carried out a SWOT analysis to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the school. After the lunch break, the groups shared the results of the joint analysis. The school made an effort to have as many Roma participants in the workshop as possible.
