EU’s purposes at skill and equality

The European Union wants to ensure that people have the right skills for the jobs of today and tomorrow, and equal opportunities.
By 2030, at least 60% of all adults should be participating in training every year.

The EU have worked out several strategies to solve more and more segments of embedded inequality deep in societies of the members of European Union, such as: Strategy on the Rights of the Child and European Child Guarantee, European Disability Strategy, Gender equality strategy, Equal pay and work-life balance.
